Ingredients:

  • 300g chicken mince
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken mince, chopped mushrooms, gram flour, milk, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the skillet, forming small fritters (about the size of a golf ball) and flatten them slightly.
  5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
