  • 1/4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • For the dipping sauce:
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili sauce (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Instructions:
