Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 cups coleslaw salad mix (cabbage and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
