  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the brown rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
