Ingredients:

  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced ham
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the egg and milk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil or butter over medium heat.
