Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 green onion leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 leaf of lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1/2 cup diced melon
  • 1/2 cup diced dragon fruit
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs with salt, pepper, and chopped onion leaves until well combined.
