Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (such as chives, parsley, or basil)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
