  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as basil and parsley)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
