Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella and cheddar mix)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, bell peppers, spinach, and parsley.
  4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, gently stirring the edges to allow the uncooked eggs to flow to the bottom.
  5. Once the edges start to set, transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
