Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup water (adjust as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add water and olive oil to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
