Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
