Ingredients:

  • 1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 can mushrooms (drained)
  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp oil (for frying)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the canned mushrooms, corn, and diced tomatoes. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Pour in the beaten egg and stir until the egg is cooked and mixed well with the beef and vegetables.
  6. Adjust seasoning with more soy sauce or salt if needed. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
