Ingredients:

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, sliced (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the ground pork to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet, along with the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until evenly combined and heated through.
  6. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
