Ingredients:

  • 2 steaks hachés
  • 1 pack de légumes réfrigérés (such as bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this spice mixture evenly over both sides of the steaks hachés.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned steak hachés to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add the refrigerated vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Season with a little salt and pepper.
  4. Slice the rested steak haché and serve it over a bed of the sautéed vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
