Ingredients:

  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as spinach, bell peppers, and zucchini)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:
