Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup ground sausage
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp corn starch (optional, for thickening)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the corn to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  5. If desired, mix the corn starch with a little water to create a slurry and add it to the skillet to thicken the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti noodles to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce and sausage mixture. Cook for another 2 minutes to heat through.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with additional corn or green onions if desired.
