Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 100g pepperoni, sliced
  • 50g cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into circles to fit into your tart tins.
  3. Place the pastry circles into the tart tins and prick the bottoms with a fork to prevent puffing.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, sliced pepperoni, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsley, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spoon the tuna and pepperoni mixture into the pastry shells, filling them generously.
  6. Brush the edges of the pastry with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is heated through.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
