Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 Paris mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Stir in the sweet soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to coat the vegetables.
  5. Add the cooked rice to the skillet and toss everything together until the rice is heated through and well combined with the vegetables.
