Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup sautéed wild mushrooms (such as chanterelles or porcini)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pre-made pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
