Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 brioche buns, toasted
  • 1/4 cup coleslaw (optional for topping)

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until the turkey is browned and the vegetables are soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the barbecue sauce, chipotle in adobo, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Toast the brioche buns until golden brown.
