  • 4-5 lbs pork butt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork butt on all sides until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
