Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the pineapple juice, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, jerk seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, cayenne pepper, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and lime juice to create the marinade.
