Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the tomato paste, honey, molasses, brown sugar, and granulated sugar over medium heat.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and smoked paprika, and cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, ground cloves, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  4. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Let it cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until it thickens to your desired consistency.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
