Ingredients:

  • 200g spaghetti
  • 200g chicken breast, diced
  • 100g sausage, sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons oil (olive or vegetable)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered pepper
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sliced sausage and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add the julienned carrot and sliced green pepper to the skillet, cooking until just tender, around 3-4 minutes.
  6. Season the mixture with powdered pepper and salt to taste, stirring to combine.
  7. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together to combine well and heat through.
  8. Finish by adding the chopped spring onions and mixing them in just before serving.
