Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium heat until the honey is melted and the mixture is well combined.
  5. Brush the honey glaze over the meatballs, reserving some for later.
  6. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
