Spicy Avocado Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing it to a boil, then covering and removing from heat for 12 minutes.
  2. Once boiled, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes. Peel the eggs once cooled.
  3. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
  4. Add the ripe avocado, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lime juice, sriracha, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash together until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spoon or pipe the avocado mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and chopped cilantro before serving.
