  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium red potatoes, diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
