Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup diced raw mango
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, mustard oil, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
