Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 100g shredded cheese (parmesan or mozzarella)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chili flakes and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the pan, tossing to coat in the oil and chili flakes.
  4. Sprinkle in the mixed herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
