Ingredients:

  • 2 pig's feet, cleaned and split
  • 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 can kippered herring, drained
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
  • 1 cup Cheetos, crushed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, combine the pig's feet, diced tomatoes, kipper, cayenne pepper, onion, garlic, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 2-3 hours, or until the pig's feet are tender.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Once the pig's feet are tender, remove them from the pot and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. In a small bowl, mix the wasabi paste with the crushed Cheetos until combined.
  6. Spread the wasabi Cheetos mixture over the pig's feet, pressing gently to adhere.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and crispy.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
