Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 200 g paneer, cubed
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats and milk. Let it soak for about 15 minutes.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until softened. Then, stir in the cumin powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Mix in the diced mango and paneer cubes into the tomato-onion mixture. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. In a baking dish, layer the soaked oats at the bottom. Pour the mango and paneer mixture on top and spread evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the oats are cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
