Ingredients:

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1-2 jalapeños, finely chopped (adjust based on spice preference)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, fresh pineapple chunks, and chopped jalapeños. Mix well.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, salt, and pepper to the pineapple mixture. Stir until evenly combined.
