Ingredients:

  • 2 pig's feet, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup kippered herring, drained and flaked
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed Cheetos for topping
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic over medium heat until translucent.
  2. Add the pig's feet to the pot and brown on all sides.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kipper, cayenne pepper, and wasabi paste, mixing well.
  4. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
