Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix until well blended.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan cheese. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top for added crunch.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
