Ingredients:

  • 2 steaks hachés
  • 1 pack de légumes réfrigérés
  • 1 pack of maultaschen
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Season the steaks hachés with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt on both sides.
  3. Place the seasoned steaks in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove and let rest.
  4. In the same skillet, add the refrigerated vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Meanwhile, cook the maultaschen according to package instructions, usually boiling them for about 5-6 minutes.
  6. To serve, place a steak haché on each plate, add a few maultaschen, and top with the sautéed vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley.
