Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cheese mixture, securing the opening with toothpicks if necessary.
