Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank's RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cooked spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour half of the hot sauce mixture over them.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
  7. During the last five minutes of baking, drizzle the remaining hot sauce mixture over the chicken for extra flavor.
  8. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
