Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, chili powder, onion powder, paprika, granulated garlic, and salt.
  3. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil and apple cider vinegar over the chicken, then sprinkle the spice mixture over the thighs. Rub the mixture into the chicken until well coated.
