Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and sauté until translucent.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
