Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, carrots)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until softened.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, mixed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Spread the meat and vegetable mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then layer the frozen tater tots on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
