Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 8 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken pieces with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, paprika, onion powder, sage, thyme, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add broccoli and cauliflower florets to the skillet, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti noodles and teriyaki sauce to the skillet, tossing everything together until well-coated and heated through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional teriyaki sauce if desired.
