Ingredients:

  • 2 fillets frozen fish (e.g. salmon or tilapia)
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the couscous according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
