Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, beaten egg, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Thread the meatballs, broccoli florets, and red bell pepper squares onto skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
  5. Brush the kebabs lightly with sesame oil.
  6. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meatballs are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
