  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

  3. Add the yeast mixture, melted butter, and eggs to the dry ingredients. Stir until combined.
  4. Gradually add the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, until a soft dough forms.
  5. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  6. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. While the rolls are baking, prepare the honey butter by mixing softened butter, powdered sugar, and honey until smooth.
  12. Once the rolls are done, brush them with melted butter and serve warm with honey butter.
