Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup garlic white sauce (or Alfredo sauce)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the garlic white sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Evenly distribute the shredded turkey over the cheese.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cranberry sauce across the pizza.
  8. Sprinkle sliced green onions, chopped rosemary, and thyme over the top.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
