Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  2. Add the ground beef, chicken, and pork to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  3. Stir in the diced bell pepper and zucchini, cooking for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  4. Add the cherry tomatoes and Italian seasoning, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the tomatoes are softened.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and allow it to melt slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
