Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In the same skillet, add the olive oil if needed, and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
