Ingredients:

  • 4 low-carb tortillas
  • 8 slices of turkey breast
  • 4 slices of pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup of lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of pickles, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard

Instructions:

  1. Lay out the low-carb tortillas on a clean surface.
  2. On each tortilla, layer 2 slices of turkey breast, followed by a slice of pepper jack cheese.
  3. Add a generous handful of shredded lettuce and a few slices of pickles on top.
