Ingredients:

  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 bag mashed potatoes
  • 2 cans turkey, drained
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 packet gravy
  • 1 cup chicken or turkey broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions, using chicken or turkey broth instead of water for added flavor.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the drained turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  4. Layer the prepared stuffing on top of the turkey mixture, pressing down gently to compact it.
  5. Spread the mashed potatoes over the stuffing layer, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Pour the gravy over the mashed potatoes, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
  7. Finally, layer the drained green beans on top.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
