Ingredients:

  • 8 oz yakisoba noodles
  • 1 cup frozen turkey (thawed and shredded)
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook the yakisoba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the frozen turkey to the pan and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cabbage, carrots, and bell peppers, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked yakisoba noodles to the pan along with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
